Investment decision:
new Deltabeam ­factory in Lithuania

Peikko Group has made an investment decision to build a new Deltabeam factory in Kaunas, Lithuania. The new factory will be built next to Peikko’s existing Kaunas factory. The investment exceeds 9 million euros and comprises the lot, the new factory building as well as new production lines and machinery. The size of the factory will be 6,000 m² with new planned production capacity of 250 beams per week.

Peikko has currently the highest Deltabeam order backlog in its history. To temporarily boost capacity, Peikko started a small-scale beam manufacturing operation in the current Kaunas factory....
