Fabian Kohlbecker is the new CEO of Doka Germany

As the new CEO, Fabian Kohlbecker assumes overall strategic responsibility for Doka Deutschland GmbH. Together with Joachim Immerz (CSO) and Markus Hlawatsch (COO), he forms the leadership trio of the regional organization.
Following the appointment of Joachim Immerz (42) as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) in early 2025 and Markus Hlawatsch (37) as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in early 2026, Fabian Kohlbecker (54) now completes the executive team as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In his new role, he assumes overall strategic responsibility for Doka Deutschland.The leadership transition at the helm of the national organization was planned well in advance and is part of a structured generational shift. Kohlbecker succeeds Frank Müller (60), who has decided to pursue a new career path after a total of 35 years at Doka Germany.
More than 20 Years of Management Experience
“The German construction industry—and our customers as well—are not reverting to old patterns but are undergoing structural change. With a clear focus on strategy, sales, and operations, we are actively capitalizing on these opportunities,” explains Kohlbecker.
Fabian Kohlbecker has more than 20 years of international management experience in the construction and supplier industries. Most recently, he served as managing partner at the international manufacturer Rampf Formen. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions at Peri, where he was responsible for strategic projects and initiatives.
