The Eirich Group has appointed its long-time sales manager, Volker Fitz, as Group-wide Chief Sales Officer (CSO), effective September 1, 2026. In this newly created position, he will assume professional leadership and coordination of the company’s global sales activities.
With the position of Chief Sales Officer, Eirich is consolidating the technical leadership of its international sales organization. The company has 16 locations worldwide. As CSO, Fitz will focus in particular on further developing collaboration between the individual subsidiaries and business units.
In Technical Sales Since 2000
Volker Fitz has been with the Eirich Group for many years. He began his career in technical sales in 2000. Starting in 2014, he led the Asia sales team before taking over overall management of sales at the Hardheim location in 2018. He has also served as an authorized signatory for the company since 2024.
As CSO, Fitz will be responsible for the strategic management of global sales activities. His responsibilities include the further development of markets and customer industries, the exchange of best practices among the companies, and the closer integration of sales, engineering, product management, and development within the Eirich Group.
