Peikko Group welcomes Pasi Rannus as a new member of the Board of Directors

Peikko Group has appointed Pasi Rannus as a new non-executive member to the Board of Directors. Rannus was elected in an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in July 2025.
New non-executive member
Pasi Rannus, M.Sc. Engineering, MBA, is the Chief Executive Officer of Valmet Automotive. With 25 years in the automotive industry, Rannus has extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and process development. His career has included international assignments in Germany and the United States, where he managed customer relationships and established a subsidiary for Valmet Automotive. Rannus holds a degree in engineering and an MBA from the University of Turku. Rannus is a Finnish citizen living in Finland.
At the same time, two board members end their terms at Peikko. Morten la Cour Ørnstrand-Soborg, Managing Director of Knauf Denmark, is stepping down from the board in August 2025. As previously announced, Philippe Jost, Regional Manager for Asia/Pacific and a member of the Group Management at Sika Group, will also end his term in August.
The other board members will remain unchanged:
Katarina Lucic, Head of Distribution Business APAC at Sika; Karen Scrivener, Professor and Director of the Laboratory of Construction Materials in the Department of Materials of École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL); Teppo Voutilainen, Chief Executive Officer of Elematic Oyj; and Otto Jukko, Economist, Cebr. Anu Ahola, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer (CTO), Meyer Turku Oy, continues as the Non-Executive Chair of the Board of Directors.
