More pace in construction throughout Europe thanks to serial building elements
With the foundation of the Goldbeck Elements GmbH sales company, the Goldbeck construction and service company operating all over Europe opens up their industrial production to an external market. Building contractors and project developers benefit from building elements manufactured in series, that provide for more pace, better planning reliability and efficiency in construction.
Goldbeck understands buildings as a product and relies on industrial processes, systematized building components and standardized workflows for realizing the same. This approach enables a fast, cost-effective and resource-efficient construction method. What was reserved exclusively for projects realized by themselves so far, is now also available to external customers.
More than 12,000 projects realized
Goldbeck looks back on over five decades of experience in industrialized construction. Founded in 1969 as a steel workshop, the company is now offering all services from a single source – from the design to the implementation through to operation. In this regard, the own production is the backbone of the systematized construction method. This method guarantees reliable costs and schedules to a large extent and provides architectural freedom as well as high technical and energy-related standards.
With that Goldbeck has the finger on the pulse: Even politics has recognized the potential and is more and more opting for serial construction to implement buildings in a faster, more efficient and more sustainable manner. Therefore, the demand for industrially manufactured building components increased considerably in the last few years. Goldbeck supplies the appropriate elements for this purpose from 15 own factories in Europe, with benefiting from decades of experience in manufacturing.
With the new sales company, Goldbeck is establishing its position as a supplier of industrial building elements: We make our manufacturing competence specifically available to the market for the first time,“ explains Florian Laxander, General Manager at Goldbeck Produktions GmbH. „In this way, we offer our customers an efficient supply of building elements, that is reliable in planning.“
Planning reliability due to industrial processes
„Our customers benefit from the combination of industrial precision, defined delivery times and a solution optimized for their needs,“ states Hanna Niemeyer, responsible for strategic sales at Goldbeck Elements. „Production at our factories in the Czech Republic and Scandinavia is meanwhile running very successfully for the external market. Now, we intend to continue this success story in Germany and other European countries. For pooling our efforts even better, we have established the new Goldbeck Elements sales company.“
Wide range of products for the free market
The product range of Goldbeck Elements comprises a broad spectrum of industrially manufactured building elements for building construction and civil engineering; this includes, among others, precast concrete elements. The production is carried out according to precisely defined quality standards, with using automated production equipment. European customers can be supplied flexibly and close to their location, thanks to Goldbeck‘s own facilities. Moreover, customers have the possibility to purchase building elements made from the resource-efficient concrete (Blue Concrete). This material contributes to improve the carbon footprint of construction projects significantly, without compromising on quality or functionality. Hence, Goldbeck actively supports their customers in the implementation of resource-efficient construction projects.
