(57) Provided is an autonomous construction system of a precast prestressed concrete structure that enables efficient construction. An autonomous construction system of a precast prestressed concrete structure according to the present invention comprises: a member management means that manages each of a plurality of precast prestressed concrete members by associating image-based individual identification information with each of the plurality of precast prestressed concrete members, and autonomously simulates an arrangement position between members to be joined for each construction process; a 3D survey means that acquires, for each construction process, 3D survey data of the precast prestressed concrete members disposed in a structure under construction; and a construction information management means that is communicably connected to the member management means and the 3D survey means. On the basis of the result of an alignment simulation of the precast prestressed concrete members disposed in the finished portion of the structure executed by the member management means, data specifying the position and the posture of the member that minimizes a deviation from the design data is output to a predetermined external device in association with the image-based individual identification information.
