(57) A method of making composite reinforced concrete-composite column elements according to the invention, in which a detachable system formwork is made or an external metal closed profile (4) or composite profile being a lost form is placed on the substrate, inside which at least one reinforcing element of the column (3) is placed, which is permanently connected to the foundation, then reinforcement (2), in particular in the form of ribbed steel bars or ribbed composite bars, is placed inside the formwork or a metal closed profile (4) or composite profile, which skeleton is permanently connected to the foundation, in the next stage the structure is filled with a concrete mix, characterized in that the reinforcing element of the column (3) is a profile perforated with through holes (1) of the same diameter, which diameter is from 3 to 5 times the diameter of the maximum size of the aggregate grain used in the concrete mix or from 2 to 5 times the length of the fiber used in the concrete mix or does not exceed 0.3 of the diameter or the minimum external dimension of the perforated profile not including the profile thickness, wherein the minimum spacing of the through holes (1) is at least 2.5 times the diameter of the through hole (1) used, while the total perforation area is in the range from 0.1% to 30% of the total profile area.
