Helmut Kempkes GmbH, Kuli – Hebezeuge located in Remscheid (Germany) has manufactured a double girder – gantry crane with a lifting capacity of 32 tons and a span of 28.5 m and put it into operation at the customer.
Apart from the above mentioned lifting capacity and span of 28.5 m, the gantry crane has interesting features, such as, for example, the electric wire rope hoist, being classified in FEM 3 m, equipped with an electronic load spectrometer. Beside the proportion of already passed service life, this device allows to read out further information such as, for example, the operating hours of the hoist, the number of the overload cut-offs as well as the starts of the hoisting motor.
