(57) The present invention relates to an approach of designing reinforced concrete shell structures. The process is summarized as follows: equilibrating the unit loads according to relevant boundary conditions, generating the load cases, creating load combinations, filtering the huge amount of combinations according to various maximum/minimum strain/stress states and obtaining the governing scenarios, conducting the non-linear design of the sections according to the governing cases obtained.
