(57) The present invention relates to a bracket (1) for embedment in a surface of a concrete construction, said bracket comprising: a receiving portion (10) with an opening (12) adapted for receiving a connecting end (52) of a rod (50) when inserted in an insertion direction, and an embedding portion (20) adapted for being embedded in the concrete construction, said embedding portion comprises: a plate (22) configured to be aligned with a surface of the concrete construction when embedded, and one or more embedding protrusions (24) protruding into the concrete acting as barbs when embedded, wherein the opening is accessible for insertion of the rod after embedment.Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for embedding a bracket.
