(57) A preparation method and curing system for solid concrete blocks. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing bottom ash, fly ash, limestone and water, and pressing same into solid-waste-based solid blocks; and sequentially placing the solid-waste-based solid blocks into a carbon dioxide mineralization curing mechanism, first performing pre-curing in a carbon dioxide atmosphere containing steam, and then performing a mineralization treatment to obtain solid concrete blocks. By means of carbon dioxide mineralization-steam coupled progressive curing, the amounts of steam and carbon dioxide gas can be reduced, and the emissions of tail gas can be reduced; while the energy consumption is reduced, the production efficiency of carbon dioxide curing and the utilization efficiency of the carbon dioxide gas can be significantly improved, and the carbon sequestration capacity and mineralization depth of a solid concrete block product can be significantly enhanced; moreover, the phenomenon of internal layering of the solid concrete block product due to the temperature being raised too quickly can be avoided, the emissions of greenhouse gases can be reduced, and large-scale promotion can be easily implemented.
