(57) The present invention provides a precast concrete base and a formwork assembly for preparing same, wherein the formwork assembly can be reused for multiple castings and provides a highly reproducible final cast product. The precast concrete base may be used to support a precast concrete structure formed from a horizontal slab and at least four corner support columns.
