(57) Disclosed in the present invention are a polygonal tower and a construction method therefor. The polygonal tower comprises a plurality of tower sections which are stacked and connected in the up-down direction. The tower sections comprise a plurality of prefabricated concrete panels which are arranged in the circumferential direction of the tower sections and are sequentially connected by means of connecting members, and the prefabricated concrete panels are flat panels.
