(57) The invention relates to the production of building materials and can be used for manually or mechanically producing decorative protective coatings on the surfaces of concrete, reinforced concrete and metal building structures. The technical result is that of providing improved frost resistance, waterproofness and strength in addition to a decorative effect. A method for producing a decorative high-strength, waterproof, frost-resistant façade tile consists in first lubricating the surface of a mould with gear oil having a kinematic viscosity at a temperature of 20°C equal to 100-200 mm2/s, then evenly distributing particles of mica with a fraction size of 0.1-30 mm over the lubricated surface of the mould in a single layer with a thickness of 0.1-2 mm, and subsequently placing the mould on a vibration table and filling the mould with a concrete mixture while simultaneously carrying out a vibration process with a vibration amplitude of 0.2-0.4 mm and a frequency of 50 Hz, wherein the concrete mixture contains: 22.7-32.4 wt% cement, 68.2-60.2 wt% granite screenings with a fraction size of 0.05-10 mm, 0.34-0.49 wt% plasticizer and the balance water, and finally leaving the mixture ...
