(57) The invention relates to a machine (1) for improving the condition of the outer surface (12) of at least one portion (29) of a cast concrete prefabricated part (10), the machine (1) comprising at least one mould (20) for pouring concrete provided with a bottom wall (22), longitudinal walls (24) and transverse walls (26), and a support for surface condition improvement means (100) which are movable relative to the cast concrete prefabricated part (10), characterised in that the surface condition improvement means (100) comprise at least a first tool for mechanically stripping the raw outer surface (12) of the prefabricated part (10) in order to remove excess cast concrete, a second tool for smoothing the stripped surface of the prefabricated part (10), and a third tool for finishing the smoothed surface of the prefabricated part (10).
