Innovation: Green Code thermal wall with 3D façade
The Green Code tthermal wall with 3D facade takes prefabrication in precast concrete construction to a new technological level. The basis for this is the Selective Paste Intrusion (SPI) process developed by the Progress Group: a large-format 3D printing process that enables high-precision facade elements and complex geometries to be produced economically on an industrial scale. The combination of insulated thermal walls and an additional facade layer creates a building system that combines architectural design, energy efficiency, resource conservation, and manufacturing quality. The reference project, the Pareus Resort in Caorle, demonstrates market readiness, scalability, and relevance for the precast concrete industry.
