(57) The present invention consists of a concrete additive composition and manufacturing process designed to give concrete hydrophobic and waterproofing properties and to improve its mechanical properties. The process involves two phases of mixing/heating the components, and the additive composition comprises mortar, cement, calcium carbonate, active microsilica, calcium stearate and graphite.
