Jaime Delclaux is the new President of BIBM, the Federation for the European Precast Concrete Industry, which is based in Brussels. Delclaux, from Spain, succeeds Patrick Declerck, who had held the office for 3 years. The election took place at the BIBM Congress held from 21 to 23 May in Istanbul.

Delclaux, with a degree in law, has been active in the precast concrete industry since 1998 and is today CEO of Norten PH, headquartered in Arakaldo, near Bilbao in Spain. Delclaux is, moreover, a member of the executive board of the Spanish precast association ANDECE.
