(57) Construction element (1) for a steel/reinforced-concrete hybrid beam comprising a metal girder (10) of U-shaped cross a section, formed of a bottom (11), of two lateral walls (12) and of two top flanges (13) extending longitudinally towards the outside and, a reinforcement cage (20) having longitudinal reinforcing-bar elements (12), the said reinforcement cage (20) being arranged inside the said metal girder (10), characterized in that the said construction element (1) further comprises transverse metal elements (30) fixed to the top flanges, at least some of the said transverse metal elements (30) being fixed to the said reinforcement cage (20).
