(57) The invention relates to a wall building block made by 3D concrete printing, that is formed from two panels (1, 5, 6) fastened by at least two embedded rods (2) in such a way that the areas of the panels (1, 5, 6) are not tangent to each other. One end (3) of each embedded rod (2) is inserted into the bent end (4) of one panel (1, 5, 6) and the other end (3) is inserted into the bent end (4) of another panel (1, 5, 6). The invention also relates to a method of erecting a double -contour wall construction from such building blocks, according to which, on each support surface (12) previously covered with a binder, wall concrete blocks of different lengths are laid, each of which is a multiple of the width of the double wall of the wall building construction being erected.
