Master Builders Solutions, a global leader in advanced chemical solutions for the construction industry has announced the definitive agreement to acquire Arkaz Al Sharq Building Materials (Arkaz) from Alturki Holding.
Arkaz is a well‑established Saudi Arabian construction chemicals company specialising in concrete admixtures, waterproofing and building products. The official signing took place Thursday, January 8. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of regulatory approval from the General Authority for Competition (GAC) and the Ministry of Foreign Investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed.
