(57) A reinforcement spacer block with an integrated anchor hook combines the functions of a concrete rebar spacer and a cast-in anchor into a single, pre-installable unit. The spacer block includes a base plate, a support cushion with a scating groove for positioning a reinforcement bar (rebar), and a rotatable anchor hook mounted within a tube on the base. The upper portion of the hook is able to be moved across the bar to enable securing the rebar within the groove. The lower portion of the hook features a threaded attachment hole for post-construction connection of a hanging component or system. Embodiments eliminate the need for post-installation drilling into hardened concrete, mitigate the risk of damaging embedded utilities, reduce labor and supervision costs, and enhance structural safety. The mechanical interlock between the hook and the rebar, when further encapsulated by concrete, provides a high load-bearing capacity resistant to vibrations and seismic forces.
