(57) The present invention relates to a prefabrication method and prefabrication mold for a shield segment, and a mold for a channel core mold. The mold for the channel core mold comprises a core mold bracket, and the core mold bracket comprises a core mold support bracket and a core mold expansion bracket, wherein the core mold support bracket has a straight-sided cylinder shape, and the diameter of the axial cross-section of the core mold expansion bracket increases gradually; the end of the core mold expansion bracket having a smaller diameter is connected to the core mold support bracket, and the core mold support bracket is detachably inserted into an end of the core mold in a manner matching the size of the core mold diameter and fixed, so that an end of the channel forms an expansion section having a diameter which changes gradually. The shape and structure of the core mold support bracket shorten the material length of the core mold while maintaining the shape of the end of the core mold, reduce resistance to the flow of concrete towards two side ends during casting, and also enhance the strength of the end of the core mold and prevent the end of the core mold from deforming.
