(57) The present invention relates to a formwork for a precast concrete element, comprising: a base plate; side walls attached to the base plate, which form an interior space; and a spacer assembly comprising fastening plates that extend longitudinally from opposing side walls and have fastening holes at their upper ends, as well as a fastening rod whose both ends are secured to the fastening holes of the opposing fastening plates. The side walls comprise a flat plate section, an upper flange and a lower flange projecting outward from the upper and lower ends of the plate section, respectively, and a reinforcing plate projecting from the plate section to connect the upper and lower flanges. Fastening nuts are welded to the base plate at several locations, and through-holes are formed in the lower flange at positions corresponding to the fastening nuts. The formwork further comprises a curved channel formed on the lower flange in the area of the through-hole—with a screw hole aligned with the fastening nut—as well as a fastening screw that is passed through the screw hole and screwed into the fastening nut, thereby mounting the side wall to the base plate. In addition, the panel section features an anti-tipping device consisting of a first rod that protrudes at an angle rising toward the base plate and a second rod that connects the first rod to the panel section; furthermore, the base plate comprises a curved elastic channel disposed opposite the end of the first rod.
