(57) A method for measuring the shape of a precast concrete slab according to the present disclosure comprises: capturing a two-dimensional image of the precast concrete slab using an imaging terminal, based on a marker positioned on the top surface of the precast concrete slab; extracting a two-dimensional image of the precast concrete slab—which includes the area of the precast concrete slab—from the two-dimensional image of the precast concrete slab using a region extraction model; Acquiring information regarding the imaging terminal and three-dimensional point cloud data from the extracted two-dimensional image of the precast concrete slab using a three-dimensional point cloud data acquisition model; and training a shape measurement model for the precast concrete slab using the information from the imaging terminal and the three-dimensional point cloud data, wherein the training involves learning a correlation between the two-dimensional image and the three-dimensional point cloud data.
