Management transferred to Mr. Timo Steinhauer

On November 1st, 2023, the management of Avermann Betonfertigteiltechnik GmbH & Co. KG was tranferred to Mr. Timo Steinhauer, who will take over the responsibility together with the CEO of the Avermann Holding, Mr. Stephan Bocken. The previous Managing Director, Mr. Lutz Pfleger will remain with the company and use his extensive experience to lead future key projects as Senior Key Account Manager.

With the appointment of Mr. Steinhauer, the management of the company as part of the Avermann Group will pass into the fourth generation of the family. This generational shift will consolidate the sustainable position of the traditional family business on the market and pave the way for the future.

Fourth generation of company management

Mr. Timo Steinhauer, who completed his Master‘s degree in „International Management“ in Bielefeld in 2014, began his career at a regional metal processing company and gained extensive experience as an international sales and key account manager.

In particular, he was responsible for new market development and was able to successfully acquire new export markets for the company, such as the USA, Canada, Japan, Israel and even Iran. In 2018, he then moved to Paris out of private nature, where he took on new responsibilities as Regional Manager DACH at a French start-up in the digital sector.

At the beginning of 2021, he returned to his hometown of Osnabrück, where Mr. Steinhauer joined his own family business as planned and was as well responsible for international markets until his appointment as Managing Director at the beginning of November.
