With the help of the newly founded Avermann Precast Technology GmbH, key business activities of the former Avermann Betonfertigteiltechnik GmbH & Co. KG are being transferred into a sustainable structure and secured for the long term. In doing so, B.T. innovation GmbH is sending a clear signal for the future of industrialized construction.

Avermann Precast Technology GmbH began operational business activities on April 1, 2026, and will continue the existing activities of the precast concrete technology division at the Osnabrück site in accordance with the acquisition concept developed by the investor. Customer and supplier relationships will be maintained and further developed in a targeted manner. With this strategic move, B.T. innovation is systematically expanding its technological and industrial expertise and evolving into a comprehensive solutions provider for industrial precast production. This vertical corporate integration expands the existing BT portfolio to include engineering and plant expertise and will enable a holistic view of the complex production processes in the precast concrete industry in the future.
