Lobby work and representation based on common industry stan-dards are central elements of work done in industrial associations – which for manufacturers of small concrete sewage treatment plants was originally carried out by the Technical Group for Small Concrete Sewage Treatment Plants within the German Precast Concrete Association. Following dissolution of this Technical Group and liquidation of the German Precast Concrete Association in 2011, manufacturers were represented by their regional associations.
