Silicate based sealer for architectural concrete

LL-100 of Maleki is a one-component aqueous impregnation containing silicate. It reacts with the Ca(OH)2 to a silicate, stable substrate matrix that is resistant to acid. In addition, LL-100 forms hydrophobicity on the material surface. Therefore, the cementitious material is protected twice by the reaction of the Ca(OH)2 and the formation of an additional hydrophobic silicate sealer.

Owing to the fact that LL-100 additionally forms hydrophobicity and has a pores sealing effect, it is effectively used above all for architectural concrete and façades. The sealer, of course, can also be used for concrete pavers and slabs. It provides protection in salt water polluted areas and seals agricultural buildings and stables.
