(57) The invention relates to the field of building and can be used in low-rise construction for erecting residential houses and public buildings and structures. The invention addresses the problem of developing structural wall and ceiling elements for a house with high strength and earthquake resistance. The problem is solved in that wall and ceiling elements are configured in the form of three-dimensional reinforced concrete slabs having a trapezoidal shape, wherein said slabs are arranged on the foundation of a house in a staggered fashion and the lower ends of a trapezoid in a second course are fastened to the upper corners of slabs in a first course.
