End of insolvency

The insolvency of Langendorf GmbH, the trailer manufacturer of inloaders for the transportation of precast concrete elements as well as other kinds of vehicles, has been ended by the takeover through Strautmann Fahrzeugwerke GmbH. The acquisition was concluded as part of an asset deal on October 17, 2012. On December 16, the agreements taken became legally binding.

The company name of the purchaser, Strautmann Fahrzeugwerke, also changed on December 16 and is now named Langendorf GmbH. Thus, the well-known name Langendorf will continue to be present in the market.
