BIBKO

Cooperation with the Swedish company Wooshtec AB

Bibko Umwelt- und Reinigungstechnik GmbH, has extended its range of products and, since May 2019, distributes Wooshtec Daily Cleaner in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).  Together with its already well-known residual concrete recycling systems, the company Bibko can now offer a comprehensive efficient recycling and cleaning concept for concrete plants.

The Wooshtec Daily Cleaner removes concrete residue from the drums of truck mixers and keeps them absolutely clean. A unique spray nozzle enables use of recycled water, which in this way protects the environment and conforms to the principle of Bibko recycling systems. Utilization of recycling water results in considerable saving of fresh water. The water, together with the washed-out material, can in turn be returned to the Bibko recycling system, washed and recycled.

Efficient recycling and cleaning concept

The equipment is installed in a tripod and is designed for mounting on a platform. Cleaning takes place with a washhead, especially designed for this purpose. The highly effective cleaning of the concrete drum, including all sides of the helical wings, is achieved with the large amount of water that flows through the spray head. This technique completely removes all concrete sediments, eliminating painstaking mechanical removal of concrete residues. The spray head, which operates with an output of 450 l/min, is made of stainless steel and comes with nozzles of various sizes. A ruler on the spray lance shows how far the washhead can advance into the drum of concrete mixer truck being cleaned. The system is therefore suitable for use in truck mixers of various sizes. The system guarantees constant concrete quality for the end customer and ensures that truck mixers no longer travel with overweight. One wash cycle takes less than five minutes, resulting in considerable cost savings and user-friendly operation of the Wooshtec Daily Cleaner.

Daily cleaning with the Wooshtec Daily Cleaner can result in considerable added value for concrete producers.
