Connections for precast sandwich walls

Peikko PVL Connecting Loops are single-wire loops to connect the vertical joints of precast wall panels to each other. They can also be used for wall-to-column joints. PVL loops make wall installation easy: just open the cover and bend the loops to operating position. The patented solid-core wire will remain in bended position, which is why it is easy to connect to reinforcement. Standard wire lengths of 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm and 140 mm are available for a joint depth range from 80 to 140 mm. The box size is 160 x 50 x 22 mm (200 x 70 x 32 mm for the 140 mm loop).
