The Waldkraiburg-based company, Primo GmbH, presented their latest XL 170 luminaire and electrical boxes featuring an opening for installation with a diameter of 68 mm at the 2017 eltefa trade fair held in Stuttgart. The box is suited for ceiling and wall mounting of LED luminaires, halogen spotlights or loudspeakers into cast-in-situ concrete without tools in a time-saving way.


For ceiling mounting into cast-in-situ concrete, the 68mm cover is fixed with nails to the formwork first. Then, the upper part of the plastic box as well as the 22cm long transformer tunnel, as an option, are plugged...
