The Sülzle Group is a new member of Solid Unit, the network for climate-neutral construction with mineral building materials. The internationally active family business, now in its fourth generation, is active in the fields of steel trading, energy and environmental technology and is one of the leading players in the industry with around 1,000 employees at 29 locations in Germany and France.

Sustainability and responsibility for future generations are core values of the SÜLZLE Group and characterize its commitment to environmentally friendly construction. With the sustainable reinforcement steel "STOOX", Sülzle Stahlpartner already offers an innovative solution for climate-friendly construction concepts. The special feature: The entire process for determining the CO₂ footprint (Product Carbon Footprint, PCF) is validated by TÜV. This makes the environmental impact of the steel transparent across the entire supply chain. This transparency makes it possible to document the specific carbon footprint of the reinforcing steel for subsequent carbon accounting of construction projects.

Thomas Zawalski, Managing Director of Solid Unit e.V.: "With the Sülzle Group, we welcome another strong partner to our network that contributes to the sustainable development of solid construction with its expertise and innovative solutions. We look forward to working together!"

"As the Sülzle Group, we are delighted to be part of Solid Unit. Together with other members of the network, we want to play an active role in shaping the future of sustainable construction with reinforced concrete and thus make an important contribution to the transformation of solid construction," emphasizes Heinrich Sülzle, Managing Director of the Sülzle Group.
