“You’re a great team!”

We very often hear and read this praise. The reason: it’s true. When asked about our formula for the success of BFT International, the cohesion of our team probably comes first to mind. When ideas and projects are supported by colleagues and your own interests and strengths are encouraged, when team members can rely on each other, when we all keep each other covered, when necessary – and when everybody pulls in the same direction – this is what gives our team immense strength. Positive team dynamics has a decisive influence not only on one’s own well-being, but in the same measure on motivation and success. And I feel this team spirit currently not only within the BFT team.

Especially now, the feeling for our great common goal still lingers in the midst of the follow-up work for the 34th bauma  –  the world’s leading trade fair for construction, construction materials and mining machinery – which, with 3,601 exhibitors from 57 nations and around 600,000 visitors from more than 200 countries and regions, set new records in April. There were so many exhibition stands there at which partnerships and collaborations presented joint projects and successes that could only be jointly implemented. And we all want  the very same: a strong construction industry, economic upswing, and continuation of our efforts for sustainability in our industry. And as much as our objectives are the same, the many inspiring ideas that were shown and presented to us in recent days were all highly individual. I am very much looking forward to reporting on the input from outside in the following issues.
