Stefan Pfetsch becomes Managing Director of Probst GmbH

Probst GmbH welcomed Stefan Pfetsch as its new Managing Director on March 1, 2026. With his many years of experience in the construction machinery and intralogistics industries, he assumes a central role in the company’s strategic development.

Stefan (52) has a technical and business background. After studying mechatronics at Ulm University of Applied Sciences and international industrial engineering at Pforzheim University, he held various positions in sales and product management. He subsequently took on leadership roles at Jungheinrich AG and most recently served as a member of the management board of Wacker Neuson Produktion GmbH.

    With more than 20 years of industry experience, Pfetsch brings comprehensive expertise across the entire value chain to his new position.

I am particularly impressed by the combination of technical expertise and the focus on making work on construction sites easier,” says Stefan Pfetsch. “My goal is to continue the current course together with the team, to further expand our innovative strength and to drive forward international development.”

With Stefan Pfetsch, an experienced industry representative assumes the role of Managing Director and will support the further development of the company.
