(57) The invention relates to a modular formwork for structures built from poured concrete comprising main (MI, M2, M3) and secondary (MI‘, M2‘, M3‘) elements, the elements defining a space for receiving the concrete, each element comprising two longitudinal faces (10, II), at least one of which serves as a formwork face, two lateral faces (20, 21) and two transverse faces (30, 31), and assembly means (32, 33, 42, 43). According to the main features, each element comprises lateral holes (22, 23) that pass through the element from one lateral face to the other, a first series of lateral edge-to-face assembly holes (22) configured for assembling two or more of the elements laterally and perpendicularly, and a second series of lateral edge-to-edge assembly holes (23) for assembling two or more of the elements laterally and in parallel, each lateral edge-to-edge assembly hole (23) being located between two equidistant.
