International market presence and digital orientation: Strategic advancement at PohlCon

With the change of the company names in the Netherlands, Great Britain and Spain, the new mission statement and the new website, PohlCon clearly expresses the focus of the company. The group of companies is consequently driving its strategic advancement forward. One of the central milestones is the international uniformity of all companies under the brand of PohlCon. This promotes the synergy effect of the group and enhances its global recognition value. At the same time, it strengthens the presence of the companies in their domestic markets as well-established local points of contact.

 

Change of company names in 2025: the Netherlands, Great Britain, Spain

With the advancing international re-branding, PohlCon enhances its position as a reliable system provider of products in the field of shell construction and finishing works.

On January 1, 2025, the first name changes of the year were affected with PohlCon Benelux Cable Support B.V. and PohlCon Benelux Construction Support B.V. Since 2008 and 2012, respectively, these PohlCon companies have been selling cable support and underfloor systems as well as façade solutions and fastenings. In addition to this, customer-specific planning and design services underline the ability to meet individual requirements.

The British subsidiary has been operating under the name of PohlCon UK Ltd. as of July 1, 2025. Originally founded under the name of J&P Building Systems, the company looks back on more than 30 years of history. Since 2018, it is a wholly-owned member of the PohlCon group of companies and is selling market-specific shell construction products and, from now on, also products for finishing works.

Simultaneously, the Spanish subsidiary is also adapting its name and is going to operate under the name of PohlCon Ibérica, S.L. Founded as PUK-Portacables, the company has been operating on the Iberian Peninsula for more than 25 years with success, specifically serving the regional markets. The company‘s close interrelationship with industry, in particular, in the fields of cable management and underfloor solutions clearly shows its technological orientation.

The implementation of a uniform brand image will also continue in 2026: The subsidiaries in the USA as well as in Canada and Austria will change the company names in January, followed by Poland and Türkiye in the further course of the year.

 

Concise mission statement and new web presence

The new website www.pohlcon.com is the digital backbone of the uniform brand environment. The international companies will gradually build up their websites according to this structure.

PohlCon does not only present itself in a modern design. Its new mission statement is clear and concise: „Partner from start to future“. This aspiration is consistently found throughout all project stages. Form the initial consultation through to the final result, PohlCon provides all parties involved with support. Planners, building contractors and trading partners benefit from the company‘s comprehensive range of services.

 

Strong focus on services

For some time now, PohlCon has been offering services, that complement the products and are geared to the respectively prevailing market requirements all over the world.

In addition to planning and installation services as well as the development of special solutions according to customer specifications, the company is moreover characterized by its digital support.

Thanks to free-of-charge CAD data, PohlCon products can be integrated into project planning in an easy and direct manner. Internally designed software solutions also allow for structural and economic optimization of the projects – including testable verifications. High-quality BIM data sets as well as product-specific design tools accelerate the technical elaboration and complete the digital range of services of PohlCon.
