(57) To provide an installation method for a concrete block capable of installing a plurality of concrete blocks collectively even in a construction site in which slope surface length is short.
Solution: An installation method for concrete blocks 30 includes steps of: installing a bedding material 20 for suspension at a river side slope surface 10; placing a plurality of concrete blocks 30 on the bedding material 20 for suspension, and forming a plurality of block bodies 36 by connecting the concrete blocks 30 adjacent to each other with a connection tool; engaging a first suspension wire 70 on which a shackle 73 is mounted to the connection tool 34 and an H-steel 60; engaging a second suspension wire 74 to the bedding material 20 for suspension and the H-steel 60; integrally suspending the bedding material 20 for suspension and the plurality of block bodies 36 by suspending the H-steel 60 with a suspension and transport device 50 and installing these at a predetermined installation position; and separating the first suspension wire 70 and the second suspension wire 74 from the plurality of block bodies 36 and the H-steel 60.
