Precast elements for a building with holistic energy ­efficiency optimization

In the run-up to the Marrakech Climate Change Conference, the German federal government adopted a climate action plan that envisages a 55 % reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. The CO2 emissions of buildings should be lowered by 66 %. This is an extremely ambitious target even when considering new construction alone.
