MBK, a leading manufacturer of reinforcement cage machinery, has arrived at an agreement with HawkeyePedershaab, a leading manufacturer of concrete pipe machinery, to renew their former partnership in the North American marketplace; whereas MBK will purchase the rights to the HawkeyePedershaab Cageflex product line and its associated technologies and HawkeyePedershaab will exclusively sell MBK cage machinery moving forward.
