Update of the new EU legislation

On 28 March 2014, the new EU legislative package on  procurement was published in the Official Journal of the EU. The most extensive reform of the EU procurement law since 2004 comprises three Directives:

The new Directive 2014/24/EU on classic public contracts, the new Directive 2014/25/EU 2014/25/EU on procurement by entities operating in the water, energy, transport and postal services sectors and, for the first time, a directive on awards of concession contracts: 2014/23/EU.
