BIM implementation: Better now than later!

Entry to the world of BIM is not free. Implementation of the model-oriented planning method costs time, money and leads to changes throughout the company. This article shows what must be considered and also contains tips for BIM beginners.

Implementation of the new model-based planning method is more than the changeover from conventional planning to CAD about 30 years ago. While only the tools were changed at that time, the procedure, planning methods and processes change with the implementation of BIM.
