New Compact Steel Corbel for TT Slabs and Secondary Beams: WINCO® from Peikko

The WINCO® Corbel is a one-piece steel component with a welded headed stud, developed for supporting TT slabs and secondary beams. It simplifies installation and saves time and cost – as it is neither complex nor a custom-made solution, requires no elaborate installation process, and no on-site adjustments.

Optimized Reinforcement Layout

The compact geometry of the corbel with headed stud allows for an optimized reinforcement layout. Complicated installation scenarios and increased time requirements are a thing of the past.

High Availability through Standardized Dimensions

WINCO® is available in standardized sizes and thus offers a universally applicable solution – independent of the geometry of the concrete element. As a stock product, WINCO® is readily available and simplifies planning.

Verified Load-Bearing Capacity and Simplified Design

The high load-bearing capacity of the corbel has been verified through extensive component testing under scientific supervision. Design is based on pre-calculated tabular values, including specifications for additional reinforcement.

Approval and Quality Assurance

The general building authority approval (abZ + aBG) is currently under review and will be available soon. WINCO® is manufactured in certified production facilities in accordance with high quality standards, ensuring consistent product quality.
The product launch in the German market is scheduled for September 2025.
