NetterVibration, a leading provider of vibration technology solutions, is underlining its long-standing commitment to ecological and social responsibility with another significant investment in its own sustainability.

The company consistently relies on modern, energy-efficient technology and resource-conserving work. The CO2 footprint is regularly recorded, analyzed and actively reduced - not only through major measures, but also through numerous smaller improvements in everyday life. For example, plastic bags are only enclosed when they are actually needed, and packaging has been optimized for environmental friendliness and material savings for years. Business trips are made after careful consideration - preferably by train, in car pools or with the increasingly used electric company cars.

The move to a modern, energy-efficient company building in 2020 had a particularly big impact. In addition to an improved working environment for the workforce, energy consumption was significantly reduced.

NetterVibration is now taking the next big step: a new system with an additional 200 kWp has been installed in addition to the existing 30 kWp photovoltaic system. This makes optimum use of the available roof area. Under favorable conditions, the company generates around 1,100 to 1,200 kWh of electricity itself every day - enough to cover an average of 70-80% of its own requirements with clean solar power. On particularly sunny days, complete energy self-sufficiency is even possible.

“We are proud of our sustainability results and continuous development. The new photovoltaic system is a great project whose positive impact we can measure on a daily basis,” says Thomas Reis, Managing Director of NetterVibration. Achim Werkmann, also Managing Director, explains: “For us, the investment in photovoltaics is a long-term contribution to stability - both ecologically and economically. We are becoming less dependent on external energy sources and are making a targeted investment in a sustainable future.”
