(57) The present invention relates to a novel type of construction method and a novel concrete block structure constructed thereby, the method being capable of remarkably enhancing the stability of a concrete block structure by forming drilled ground portions below through-hole portions for concrete columns of the concrete block and integrally forming, by using reinforcing bar assemblies for columns, precast concrete piles and cast-in-place concrete columns along the through-hole portions for concrete columns and the drilled ground portions so as to form composite concrete columns.
