Handover to new generation
Following 40 years of managing and shaping the business, Rudolf Scholz leaves the Executive Board of Harold Scholz & Co. GmbH effective 30 June 2015. The handover to the fourth generation of the Scholz family, his sons Gregor and Dennis, had long been planned and gradually implemented in the course of the last five years. Rudolf Scholz is the grandson of the company founder; he had joined the business in 1972. He will maintain his close ties to the company in his strategic role as Chairman of the Advisory Board.
