Owing the demographic change as well as the trend towards academization that has been observed for years, there exists in some professions and regions a shortage of personnel on the German job market. In the concrete construction sector it has also become increasingly difficult to find suitably qualified skilled workers for years. For that reason, company-internal training as well as advanced and ongoing education have become more and more important – as have systematically approaching previously atypical target groups, such as women, older and international skilled workers.
