Cold water high-pressure cleaner for concrete formwork

Woma GmbH presents its cold water high-pressure EcoCold 500/30 Classic for use in a day-to-day rugged work environment.

EcoCold features a Kärcher high-pressure lance, combining in this way Woma’s technical know-how with that of Kärcher in one unit for the first time. The pressure-controlled low-water level protection, which switches off the unit when there is no water supply, preventing in this way no-load operation, is one of the important technical features. A gentle start-up function in the electric motor, allowing the motor a slow start-up, provides additional protection. Both features prevent the pump from wear and increase the unit’s life span. A service hour meter displays the operating time and ensures timely maintenance.

Operating pressure of up to 500 bar

Wheels and steering of the chassis are provided with brakes so that the EcoCold can be easily controlled also on steeply sloping terrain. A device for attaching crane hooks facilitates loading the unit for transport.

At a delivery rate of up to 30 l/min and an operating pressure of up to 500 bar, the unit, in addition to cleaning pipes and filters on the chemical and oil industries and for removal of organic growth on ship walls, is especially well-suited for cleaning concrete formwork.
